Payment is administered centrally by 4Square Systems, which appears as the merchant of record on your receipt and card statement.
Card payment
Major credit and debit cards are accepted where offered. Card payments are processed through 4Square’s centralized billing administration.
ACH bank transfer
ACH is available for business accounts where offered. Terms are confirmed as part of account setup rather than assumed.
Why 4Square Systems appears on your receipt. 4Square Systems is the merchant of record for orders placed through the network. Receipts, invoices and card statement entries therefore show 4Square Systems rather than the name of your local Regional Distributor.
This is also why billing questions, refunds and payment disputes are handled by centralized 4Square administration — the same team that issued the charge is the team that can resolve it.

4Square Systems is the merchant of record for orders placed through the distribution network, so it is the name that appears on receipts and statement entries.
Who handles a billing error or duplicate charge?
Centralized 4Square administration. Contact support with the order reference and the amount charged. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer — in most cases we can resolve it faster directly.
When is my card charged?
Charging is confirmed as part of the order confirmation for your account. If you are unsure how your account is set up, ask your Regional Distributor before placing the order.
Do you offer business credit terms?
Where offered, terms are agreed as part of account setup and depend on the account. Ask your Regional Distributor about what is available for your account.
