Shipping Policy
Where we ship, what the release target means, and what to do when a shipment goes wrong.
1. Where we ship
We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Fulfillment model
Orders are fulfilled on a just-in-time basis. 4Square coordinates fulfillment through approved suppliers rather than holding regional stock, and orders ship directly from the fulfilling supplier to the delivery address.
3. Release for shipment
Qualifying in-stock orders are ordinarily released for shipment within 24 hours. Release for shipment is not the same as delivery. Items on backorder or subject to a supplier lead time are identified at the point of order.
4. Transit time
Transit time depends on the carrier, the service level and the destination. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless expressly confirmed for a specific order.
5. Tracking
Tracking information is issued as carriers scan each shipment. Tracking may take several hours to become active after issue, and carriers do not scan at every stage of transit.
6. Split shipments
Orders spanning multiple product categories are often fulfilled by different suppliers. Such orders may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. Each parcel carries its own tracking.
7. Delivery addresses
Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate at the point of order. Re-delivery or address correction charges arising from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be passed on.
8. Damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact support with the order reference and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and item. If tracking has not updated for more than two business days, contact support. Damage in transit and non-delivery are handled under our Guarantee Policy, and return shipping in those cases is at our cost.
9. Related policies
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Sale and Returns & Refund Policy.
