Terms of Sale

1. Application

These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed with 4Square Systems d/b/a 4Square Distribution through the 4Square Distribution network. 4Square Systems is the merchant of record for those orders.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. Availability is confirmed against live supplier availability before an order is committed, and the order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Where an item is on backorder or subject to a supplier lead time, this is identified at the point of order.

3. Pricing

Prices are those confirmed at the point of order. Pricing, availability and specifications may change before an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes are added where required.

4. Payment

Payment is administered centrally by 4Square Systems, which appears as the merchant of record on receipts and card statement entries. Accepted methods are described on our Payments page. Where business credit terms are offered, they are agreed as part of account setup.

5. Shipping and delivery

Qualifying in-stock orders are ordinarily released for shipment within 24 hours. Release for shipment is not delivery; transit time depends on the carrier, service level and destination. Orders spanning multiple suppliers may ship separately. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Risk and title

Risk of loss passes on delivery. Title passes on delivery and receipt of payment in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy, which also sets out who bears return shipping. Refunds are administered centrally by 4Square Systems.

8. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but descriptions and images are provided by suppliers and manufacturers and may change. Where an item materially differs from its description, it may be returned under the returns policy.

9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer on their terms. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that applies by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected items. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights are preserved.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
